The mission of CSI is to support and advance Christian education. One of the ways we do that is through the programs, benefits and organizations we partner with. We are excited to announce that due to the success our schools have experienced with Buiten & Associates Insurance Company, we’ve expanded the offering and endorse them as our new provider of student accident insurance coverage for children in CSI member schools.

Even though there are several student accident programs in the marketplace, they are not all the same. We only endorse a product after a significant amount of time and study has gone into comparing different policies. After analyzing and comparing different packages, we strongly believe that we can recommend this coverage without hesitation and to be the best value for the dollar. Please join us in supporting the Educator Resources student accident plan. They provide coverage for hundreds of thousands of students and are recognized as the leader of coverage to private Christian Schools.

Many schools add the cost of student accident coverage to the student registration or activities fee. Only through a blanket student accident policy can a parent buy accident insurance at such minimal cost. If a parent uses the coverage one time for deductibles or other claims the coverage has paid for itself.

This type of coverage is a Risk Management tool as well as a benefit provided by the school. Having a student accident policy could in some cases reduce your school liability premium through your property and casualty carrier.

We ask that you encourage your leadership to analyze and review this student accident product. With the unusual state of the economy and the growing number of students and parents without health insurance, having a policy that covers every student at your school for injuries often times prevents difficult discussions about whether parents or the school own the financial burden should an accident happen while a student is under school supervision.
